Does Life Run in Cycles?

This freaks me out big time you guys! Have you ever felt like something that happened previously is happening again? I guess an easy one to relate to would be taking a resolution and so not sticking to it. Or facing similar problems again and again. So does this mean our life runs in cycles?

That would be…. well, to honey coat it, not too good alright. I mean all we all want to do is experience new things right? Even if it is challenges, we need new ones, not the same old stuff. Because novelty is engaging and monotony is not.

So why do we feel like the same thing is happening again and again? Because we don’t learn from our mistakes ( again and again ). We keep repeating the same errors and finally form a beautiful pattern of the same old stuff. So the next time you feel like you need to break free from a pattern ( Just remembered another very popular example : Attracting the same kind of guys or friends into your lives…. think about it and you will see the similarities between your ex and your present ;), the kind of conversations you have or most importantly the kind of problems you have with them )…. ok that was a long bracket. So here we go again, next time you want to break free from a negative pattern, don’t run away from it, instead think about it and see the pattern first. Embrace it, accept it and then the solution will dawn upon you in the most natural ways possible. Acceptance is always the key. It paves way for the solution.

So guys! With this new piece of knowledge in hand. Check into you patterns and nail that resolution! Get what you want out of life. And the only person who can help you here is the one and only awesome you!
