How much is too much?

Hey guys!
Its been a while... Well, I had some serious writers block issues and now I am back with something a little different from what I had written till now. But hey! thats the whole idea of SkatterbrainnN right?
A lot of us have doubts with knowing how much of everything is just the right amount. We mostly underdo or overdo things which makes them way less effective. So here is a roundup of some evryday factors in our lives and a measure of how much is just the right amount.
❤︎ Sleep ( my favorite one )
Less: Anything lesss than 5 hours a night
Right: Between 7 - 9 hours
Excess: More than 10 hours is not sleep but sheer laziness
❤︎ Workout
Less: Less than 2 times a week
Right: 5 - 6 sessions a week
Excess: more than 7 sessions a week is just too harsh on your body and makes it very diffult for it to repair all that musscle damage
❤︎ Exfoliation
Less: Once a month
Right: 1 - 2 times a week
Excess: Anything more than 2 times a week will strip your skin off of essential oils and start damaging it.
❤︎ Shampoo
Less: Once a week or less
Right: 2 - 3 times a week
Excess: More than 5 times a week is just too much oil-stripping that your hair cannot stand
❤︎ Hair Mask
Less: Once a month
Right: Once a week
Excess: More than twice a week
❤︎ Mani-pedi
Less: Less than once a month
Right: Once in two weeks
Excess: More than once a week
❤︎ Heat treatment on your hair
Less: Lesser the better
Right: Once a week
Excess: More than once a week
❤︎ Sunscreen
Less: Once a day
Right: Once every 3 hours
Excess: Once every hour
❤︎ Water
Less: A glass and lesser
Right: 3 litres ( give and take a couple of glasses )
Excess: More than 4 litres in a day
❤︎ Love
Less: Always
Right: Always
Excess: Never!
