No Work-Out Fat Busting Hacks

Hey guys!

So winters almost over and for me, this means its time to bring out those sexy old spring and summer wear. I like to look my best in them and I try and make small changes in my daily routine that I feel go a long way. I call it the pre-workout regimen as I think these kind of prep my body for the workouts that I start later on ( after I pack away my coats and blazers ).

❤︎ Number one is my fat-buster drink. I am a liquid junkie and I keep hydrating myself with water and fresh juices all the time. When I start my pre-workout regimen I add some slices of lemon, cucumber and grapefruit to my water. They help me detox like crazy and sweeps away all that waste that bloats up my face and body.

❤︎ I stay off of sugar whenever I can. I take my milk and tea sugarless and I being an OCD-perfectionist-freaky-overdoer actually try and stay away from chocolates, cakes and most unhealthy desserts. Since I find it impossible to stay hungry I substitute with almonds and dry fruits most of the time. ( This not only helps me detox but makes my skin super-glowy )

❤︎ If you are really into losing your weight, you should try and drink a glass of water right before every meal you eat. This is proven to help you watch what you eat better and reduces your tendency to over-eat.

❤︎ Finally, try cut out that oil in everything you eat. Or at least switch it with olive oil. ( which is what I do, and it works perfectly well for me )

Body maintenance is a very unique journey for everyone. Different things work for different people. I have compiled some of the stuff that work for me. If you notice, I never reduce the amount I eat or starve myself, instead I try and swap the ol’ junkies for some smart-ass healthy food.
